I had an issue with the battery and reached out to support. They got back to me after about two days and did honor the warranty, which I appreciated. They ended up sending the replacement part, so overall I’m happy it was handled. That said, there was a bit of waiting involved, and I expected at least a quick apology for the hassle.

The tracking was super easy to follow, and I got updates quickly. My bike showed up right when they said it would, which made the whole experience feel reliable and worth it.

The bike showed up packed really well, which I appreciated because the delivery guy kind of left it leaning by the garage while I was making coffee. Assembly was simple overall and took me about 40 minutes. Most of that was just me reading the instructions twice because I always assume I’m going to miss something. Nothing was confusing though, and all the parts were included. Really happy with how straightforward it was

I used the site on my phone and it was really easy overall. Comparing the bikes was simple, and the photos loaded fast, which I definitely appreciated.
The only thing is that some of the filters felt a little clunky, and I had to go back a few times to change things. Checkout was really clear though, so no major issues.

I was sure it would take longer, but it ended up arriving in just two days. Shipping was surprisingly fast, so no complaints from me.

the battery has been solid for me. It lasts a good while through the day, which is what I needed. Only thing is it charges kinda slow, but not a huge deal for me tbh.

I ended up returning the item because I realized quickly it wasn’t really what I should’ve bought in the first place. The return did go through, but it took longer than I was hoping. Support got back to me eventually, just not very quickly. I did get my refund in the end, so it worked out, but I kind of wish I’d thought it through more before ordering.

I got my bike from Kirbebike, the brakes feel solid so far. They’re smooth, stop quickly even when I’m going downhill, and there hasn’t been any annoying squeaking yet. I’d say they give off a reliable, confidence-inspiring feel overall. Happy with it.

The site was easy to get around, my bike arrived in good shape, and the one question I had before ordering was actually answered clearly. Not exactly something every online shop manages, but credit where it’s due. Nothing overly exciting to report, just a smooth order, and I’d probably use them again.

The bike is fine for regular rides around town, so I can’t really complain there. I guess I had it in my head that higher price automatically meant stronger motor, but on hills it doesn’t give quite as much push as I expected. It’s not bad or anything, just a little underwhelming when the road gets steep. Delivery was normal too, nothing amazing, nothing terrible.

That said, some of the smaller parts don’t feel as strong. The pedals feel kind of cheap, and I had to go back over a few bolts after a couple rides because they seemed a bit loose. Not a huge deal, just something you notice.

For the price, I’d say it’s alright, but I was expecting it to feel a little better built. It works, and I’m still using it, but I’m not totally convinced it’ll hold up long-term. Three stars feels fair

It’s alright for the price, I guess. Does the job, nothing too special. feels like it could be a bit cheaper for what you’re getting, but it’s not terrible or anything.

I’ve found the seat really comfortable, especially when I’m out for a longer ride. For me, it has just the right amount of support, so I’m not constantly shifting around or feeling sore afterward...

I was able to find some of the parts I needed, but a few common ones were out of stock. Kind of wish I’d checked ahead before making the trip, because it ended up being more hit or miss than I expected.

Ordered my bike from Kirbebike and it got here in good shape. The box had a couple little scuffs and that, but the bike itself was totally fine. Nothing was bent, nothing missing, and the whole delivery thing was easy. Solid experience, 5 stars from me.
